Matt Eastman Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Matt Eastman to Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Exigo. Matt has been an integral part of the Exigo team for nearly a decade, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication. His extensive experience in the IT and Direct Selling Software industry, combined with his hands-on management approach, positions him perfectly for success in this new role.

Matt brings over 17 years of valuable experience to the table, including directing IT work for market expansion projects at two major Direct Selling companies with annual revenues ranging from $400 million to $900 million.

Since joining Exigo in 2015, Matt’s track record of success has been undeniable. He has:

  • Helped manage the successful delivery of 100+ new client onboarding projects.
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing teams of IT professionals while also overseeing up to 10 client implementations at once
  • Been instrumental in ensuring the smooth onboarding and integration of each client onto the Exigo direct selling platform

With 4 years of Customer Success management experience and 2 years in SaaS product management, Alex possesses a well-rounded understanding of the customer journey.
