Phase 1

Discovery and Diagnosis

First, we listen. We take time to understand your current situation and the areas you’d like to improve. Then, we share. We explain how we approach problems similar to yours and how we deploy seamless solutions to meet these challenges head-on.

Phase 2

Information Gathering

With a plan in place, we begin gathering the necessary data and requirements information to begin the implementation cycle. This includes an analysis of your business model and commission plan to determine the perfect fit for your existing needs.

Phase 3

Custom Scoping and Bidding

If you decide that Exigo is a good fit for your company, we’ll review our pricing model and plan options. Then, we’ll outline and finalize a completely custom scope that best suits you, including implementation and/or data migration.

Phase 4

Configuration

The Exigo implementation team provisions and configures your Exigo system for you, including your client database, admin panel, and commission plan. Finally, the team will set up your APIs, SVN and replicated SQL access, allowing your users to begin training and testing.

Phase 5

Implementation and Launch

In the final phase, the implementation team builds your commissions program, delivers training to your users, and supports your acceptance testing. Finally, Exigo supports system deployment to its production server.
